Power of Zen

Such a discovery during dinner, it was so simple! Was thinking about when I would get the money, how long it will take for the funds to reach my account, whether I will win the bets, etc. However, after I decided to concentrate solely on eating, I realized that I was enjoying it so much more! This must be the power of Zen! Enjoying what you are doing at this moment and not think about other things. Always concentrate on what you are doing, one thing at a time, you will end up getting more and leading a more fulfilled life! This is what I truly believe!

Not really happy with the results that I am getting from my school. I need to concentrate on what I hope to achieve in life, allocate enough time for it and then fight hard! Time management is everything!

One Response to “Power of Zen”

  1. I guess I read (may be) in Brian Tracy’s book that humans can concentrate properly on one thing at a time. He gave an example that if a person is wearing glasses with one lens red and the other one blue, person will either see red or blue.

I have not read anything about zen, but I would like to add that if you are not happy with your results, you may not have defined your goals (or objective) very clearly. One must have a firm goal, and then imagine that goal is in process of materializing; and keep an attitude confirming that things will work out the way you want.

Read something on Parkinson’s 80/20 law. Ignore my comments if I am really off. I wish you good luck.
